The boardroom and shareholder tussles received wide media coverage. In this regard, Xin Div worked closely with the client on matters pertaining to company secretarial and Bursa requirements. Currently, Xin Div is acting for a construction company to pursue a claim of more than RM303 million for losses suffered due to the realignment of a mass rapid transit railway line. Apart from dispute resolution practices, Xin Div was part of a legal team in a corporate exercise for the sale of an insurance company for RM2.29 billion.

Xin Div graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (2nd Class Upper Honours) from the University of Adelaide in the top 15%. He then completed his Certificate in Legal Practice and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
