Xi Wen practices in the field of dispute resolution with a particular focus on corporate and commercial, land and property, banking and finance disputes. Her work encompasses a wide range of areas, amongst others, defamation, employment matters, arbitrations and pre-litigation advice for commercial and corporate disputes. Additionally, she also has experience in advising, reviewing, and drafting tenancy agreements.

Xi Wen is a graduate from University of East Anglia with 2nd Class Upper Honours. She was awarded with UEA Gold Award in recognition for her academic and extra-curricular performance in the university. In 2019, she was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. Simultaneously, she pursued and attained a Master of Laws in Medical Law degree from Manchester Metropolitan University. Xi Wen was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2021.
