Xi Wen practices in dispute resolution with a particular focus on corporate and commercial, land and property, and banking and finance disputes. She has extensive experience representing clients at all levels of the Malaysian courts and is well-versed in handling complex legal challenges across multiple industries. Her expertise spans contractual disputes, defamation, debt recovery, shareholder conflicts, employment law, insolvency matters, arbitration and pre-litigation advisory for commercial and corporate disputes.

In addition to her litigation practice, Xi Wen assisted businesses and individuals with reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Throughout her practice, she has advised and represented clients in commercial disputes, contract enforcement matters, corporate governance conflicts, and financial recovery proceedings. Her experience extends to court advocacy, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, where she consistently delivers pragmatic and results-oriented solutions.

Xi Wen is a graduate from University of East Anglia with 2nd Class Upper Honours. She was awarded with UEA Gold Award in recognition for her academic and extra-curricular performance in the university. In 2019, she was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. Simultaneously, she pursued and attained a Master of Laws in Medical Law degree from Manchester Metropolitan University. Xi Wen was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2021.
