Kai Wei’s practice primarily focuses on intellectual property, where Kai Wei has advised and acted for local and international clients on a wide range of matters, spanning from registration to enforcement of intellectual property rights. Kai Wei has also assisted in contentious matters involving commercial and insurance disputes at various levels of the Malaysian courts.
Kai Wei graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Laws degree and thereafter passed the Certificate in Legal Practice examination in 2021. After completing his pupillage with a boutique litigation firm, Kai Wei was subsequently admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2022.
