Benjamin practises in litigation and dispute resolution, with a focus on disputes arising from construction, engineering, infrastructure, and project-related matters. He has been actively involved in arbitration and court proceedings at all levels of the Malaysian judiciary. Benjamin also assists in adjudication disputes under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA).

He read law at the University of Malaya and graduated with Distinction, equivalent to First Class Honours. During his studies, he received numerous academic accolades, including the prestigious Puan Sri Haseenah Abdoolcader Gold Medal, the Tun Azmi Foundation Award, and multiple subject book prizes. A highlight of his mooting career was finishing as first runner-up in the 2019 National Cyber Law Moot Court Competition.

A native Mandarin speaker, Benjamin is able to analyse complex issues and provide legal advice fluently in Mandarin.
