Her expertise spans contractual disputes, defamation, debt recovery, shareholder conflicts, employment law, insolvency matters, arbitration, and pre-litigation advisory for commercial and corporate disputes.

In addition to her litigation practice, Xi Wen assists businesses and individuals with reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts. Throughout her practice, she has advised and represented clients in commercial disputes, contract enforcement matters, corporate governance conflicts, and financial recovery proceedings. Her experience extends to court advocacy, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, where she consistently delivers pragmatic and results-oriented solutions.

Xi Wen is a graduate of the University of East Anglia with Second Class Upper Honours. She was awarded the UEA Gold Award in recognition of her academic and extra-curricular performance at the university. In 2019, she was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. Simultaneously, she pursued and attained a Master of Laws (Medical Law) degree from Manchester Metropolitan University. Xi Wen was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2021.
