Remote working or “WFH” has become an integral part of our new normal since the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak in March last year. The big business debate for 2021 may be whether remote working is a bone or a bane for employers. At the same time, a recent regional survey found that most Malaysians preferred to work from home, citing various reasons including safety and health concerns.
