A graduate from University of Malaya, Yan Zhang was called to the Bar in September 2023. Before joining Gan Partnership, he honed his skills at two of Malaysia’s largest law firms, where he worked on a diverse portfolio of cases, including debt recovery and corporate and commercial disputes. This solid foundation has positioned him as a reliable and skilled advocate for clients facing intricate legal issues.

In addition to his legal practice, Yan Zhang is deeply involved in the Malaysian Bar, serving on the National Young Lawyers and Pupils Committee since 2023.
